Jennifer Aniston Reveals The Secrets Behind Her Fabulous Figure

Fans were thrilled with the glimpse behind the scenes.  Fans of Jennifer Aniston were given an insight into how the famous actress maintains her fantastic shape when she took over Instagram for her beauty company Living Proof. The Friends star took over the account for a day to give fans an insight into her healthy eating habits. She shared snaps of her meals throughout the day, which included a breakfast of toast with poached egg, tomato and sliced avocado. Nom.

The star then made followers peckish a while later when she served up a healthy salad made up of parsley, cucumbers, bulgar wheat, red onion, garbanzo beans, mint, feta cheese and pistachios.

The actress also let fans in behind the scenes to her workout routine, where she was accompanied by her dog, Dolly.

And between all of that healthy eating and working out, Jen revealed she likes to chill out with The Girl on The Train, which just so happened to be our book of the month in April.  Great minds, Jen, great minds.
