Queensland Police Continue Search For Three-Year-Old Girl

Chloe Campbell has been missing since Thursday morning.

Police in Queensland, Australia, have launched a land and air search for missing toddler Chloe Campbell.

According to reports the three-year-old was last seen by her parents, Garth Campbell and Tammy O’Donnell, at 7.00am on Thursday morning.

Authorities started a search and issued a ‘child abduction alert’ amid fears that she was taken from the family home on Ridgeway Street in the small town of Childers.

Chloe, whose disappearance has been compared to that of Madeleine McCann, had spent the night sleeping in the lounge with her sisters Janae (8) and Brittney (5). The window had been left open.

Her dad told the Sydney Morning Herald that he blames himself for leaving the window of the lounge open before adding that he thinks whoever took her is someone who knows the family.

“I don’t think there’s any possible way she’s wandered off. She wouldn’t leave the yard by herself,” he explained.

“I think it’s got to be someone who knows me, in how they got in, where she sleeps. They knew she was sleeping in front of the TV… Just don’t hurt her, she’s tiny.”
