Nine people have been killed and several injured following a shootout between rival gangs in Waco, Texas.
The fight broke out in the car park of a local restaurant, where apparently the gangs used knives, guns and chains during the brawl.
In a statement posted to the Waco Police Department’s Facebook page, no officers were injured during the incident, although there were a number of fatalities and ‘multiple injuries’.
According to CNN, District Attorney Abel Reyna reportedly told local media that trouble had been brewing amongst the rival bikers in the local area for some time.
