Gypsy Rose Blanchard was released from prison after serving 85% of her sentence

Gypsy Rose Blanchard has spoken out after being released from prison.

The 32-year-old pleaded guilty to the second-degree murder of her mother in 2015 but was only sentenced to 10 years in prison.

Gypsy Rose was released from prison last week after serving 85% of her sentence.

She has praised her fans for supporting her after making a return to social media.

Following her release, Gypsy Rose launched her own Instagram account where she has shared multiple updates with her supporters.

In a new video, the 32-year-old said she is incredibly grateful for the waves of support she has received over the years.

She said, “I just wanted to send a quick video to thank everyone for the massive amount of support that I’ve been getting on social media.

“Everyone has been really, really nice and supportive and I really appreciate that,” she said.

Gypsy Rose confirmed she is back home with her family in Louisiana.

Gypsy Rose also told her followers that it feels incredible to feel free following her release.

“It’s nice to be home. I’m back home in Louisiana, enjoying a beautiful day outside and I’ve got a lot of great things happening really soon,” she added.

She is now living with her husband Ryan Scott Anderson.

Anderson wrote to Gypsy Rose during her time in prison and grew close to her.

The couple got married on June 27th, 2022, but Gypsy Rose was still in prison during the first year of their marriage.

Gypsy Rose’s ex-boyfriend Nick Godejohn remains in prison for the murder of her mother. He was sentenced to life in prison following the murder of Clauddine Blanchard.
