Ed Sheeran has reportedly been rushed to hospital after getting hit by a car in London.

The singer appears to have broken his arm and took to Twitter to inform fans of the incident. In his post he wrote: "I've had a bit of a bicycle accident and I’m currently waiting on some medical advice, which may affect some of my upcoming shows. Please stay tuned for further news. Ed. "

This also isn't the first public accident for the singer who revealed last year that the scar on his face is due to getting cut with a sword by Princess Beatrice. Fans were quick to tweet out messages of support to the singer.
