Barry Lyttle Receives 13-Month Suspended Sentence For Alleged Assault Of Brother In Sydney

Barry Lyttle has been given a 13-month suspended sentence after he pleaded guilty to recklessly causing grievous bodily harm to his younger brother Patrick outside a pub in Sydney in January.

The Co. Antrim man was handed down the suspended sentence by Magistrate Graeme Curran in the Downing Centre Local Court in Sydney.

Patrick was critically injured after the incident where he fell and hit his head.

He was later released from hospital in February and was present at the court for the ruling.
