The heartbroken dad lost his three children, Conor, Darragh, and Carla in January 2020.
Conor, Darragh, and Carla were tragically killed by their mother Deirdre Morley in January 2020.
Their mother is currently in custody at the Central Mental Hospital in Dublin.
Andrew has honoured his children ever since their harrowing deaths and continues to do so this year with The Snowman for Carla.
The competition will take place for a fourth time in association with the Irish Independent.
Speaking to the publication, the dad-of-three said it's important for him to continue these projects.
"One of my first thoughts after their death was I hadn’t kept my promise to Conor to set up a YouTube channel. That was something that drove me on, I was determined to do it in his memory. Then I got thinking of what else I had promised Darragh and Carla."
The competition is open to children aged between one and 12.
There are two different categories to enter with €1,000 worth of vouchers revealed as the prize.
Andrew said over 5,000 children have entered the contest in the past few years so he's hopeful about 2024.
The competition was launched to honour his three-year-old daughter Carla.
He runs the YouTube channel Conor’s Clips to honour his son Conor.
He also set up the charity As Darragh Did in honour of his son Darragh.
