Popcorn is the perfect snack for those who are trying to lose weight or be healthy because it contains very few calories. It’s also sugar and fat free.
High in fibre
It is a good source of fibre and antioxidants which are beneficial for the cardiovascular, digestive and immune systems.
It’s whole grain
This food is a natural whole grain which provides the body with beneficial nutrients including vitamin E and vitamin B.
But Be Careful…
Popcorn is good for you but only in its purest form. Microwave popcorn can have added preservatives or added sugar so you need to be careful.
