You might think it’s tasty in a cup of boiling water or maybe you like it as a sweet treat but honey actually has a lot of health benefits.

Honey It’s super sticky but it’s also super sensual. And with a handy squeeze bottle it’s also simple to spread on each other. With honey, your sweet tooth and your other half will finish the night satisfied.

1. Reduces chances of cancer and other serious illnesses

Honey contains antioxidants which reduce your chances of certain types of cancer as well as heart disease.

2. Good for the digestive system

If you suffer from indigestion, incorporating honey into your diet is definitely one way to get your digestive system back in working order as it neutralizes gases and relieves acidity.

3. Boosts your immune system

With plenty of vitamins and enzymes which protect the body against infection, honey is great for when you’re feeling under the weather.

4. Gives you energy

This is one food that is great for your skin and helps prevent blemishes. In fact, spreading honey on spots and other skin conditions reduces inflammation.
