Embarking on a healthier lifestyle is tough at the best of times, but it's a whole lot easier with your buddies by your side.
With that in mind, we’ve paired up with our pals at Weight Watchers to offer a group of friends, (3 - 5), who live together a free place on a 12 week Weight Watchers programme.
The emphasis is on eating healthy meals, not starving yourself or pushing yourself beyond physical limitations, and nothing is ‘forbidden’ as long as you stick to your points allocation.
We’re looking for housemates who are up for sharing their story and inspiring others by writing a weekly blog for Her.ie.
Your diary will give an honest first-hand account of your efforts in the same way as members of team Her.ie and a lovely couple have been shared their efforts on these pages in the past.
In case you were wondering, it’s been a resounding success all involved!
If you'd like to get on a health kick, begin eating well and watching how you treat your body, we'd love for you and two, three or four of your mates.
If you’re up to the challenge, get in touch. Email us on [email protected], telling us a little bit about you and your mates, and where in the country you’re located.
We can't wait to hear from you!
