Giving up vaping can benefit your skin, experts reveal

This is your sign to quit vaping

We’re all aware that smoking and vaping are bad for us. They’re unhealthy habits, but something some of us can’t shake.

If you’re desperate to quit then this recent study may be the thing that pushes you.

You will experience a string of benefits if you give up vaping, but one you may not think of straight away is the impact it will have on your skin.

Experts have stressed that giving up vapes will benefit your skin in the long run.

If you’ve noticed a change in your skin recently then it could be because of vaping.

According to experts, the nicotine in your vape narrows your blood vessels and this reduces the blood flow to your skin and makes it dry.

If you quit vaping then your skin will start to look more plump and hydrated after a few weeks.

Not only does vaping dehydrate your skin but it can also speed up aging by breaking down collagen and elastin in your skin.

The breakdown of collagen and elastin can lead to skin sagging and premature wrinkles too.

The impact vaping has on our bodies is pretty overwhelming and definitely something that will push us to quit, sooner rather than later.
