One reviewer said: "The app is great to get you moving. In combination with Slimming World and doing these short exercises I lost 3.5lbs in a week."
Another said: "I've been using the WalkFit app for about 6-9 months and love it. The exercises are well thought out and you can do as little as 10 minutes or as much as 30 minutes and more.
"There is plenty of variation so you don't get bored, and closing my ring is very addictive - highly recommended!".
While a third said they'd "tried all those free apps you can get but after while I don't bother with them".
"I saw this on social media and thought I would try it out," they added. "Yes, there is a subscription but it means I would have to use it. I like the daily workouts as I work from home and do them in my morning breaks and then make up whatever steps I have left later in the day. It's well worth a go."
Others said "the workouts are short and snappy but fun" and it "helped me tone up and get fitter much more quickly than just walking outdoors".
