Start a new list of lunchbox ideas
One of the biggest problems we face when it comes to lunch is a lack of fresh ideas. To make sure you don't get tired of eating the same old homemade sandwich or leftovers from the night before, take the time to research new and delicious lunch recipes online. Get yourself a notebook, start jotting down recipes that appeal to you, and before you know it, you'll have accumulated enough lunch ideas to keep you going for weeks!
Add something new to the mix
If you’re a serial ham and cheese sandwich eater, or if you’re forever bringing in leftover stirfrys or bolognese, add something new to your tried and tested lunch. Replace chicken for pork in your stir-fry, transform your sandwich into a wrap, or add a new relish to keep the flavour fresh. Sometimes it's the simplest changes that can have the biggest impact.
Try your hand at some baking
Homemade treats will forever and always be welcome in our lunch box. That's just a fact. We only ever seem to find time to bake at the weekend, so incorporating some baked goods into the lunchbox will take some planning. The satisfaction of eating a scone or muffin that you've baked with your own two hands will be worth it - we promise!
If you're already an expert baker, challenge yourself to create something new. And if you're looking to score some major brownie points - bring enough treats for your colleagues!
