With our brand new In Training with Vogue series hitting Instagram, we’ll be giving everyone the most feel good, most effective and efficient workouts EVER!

Showing us how to get the most out of any workout is Vogue Williams (presenter, DJ and fitness fanatic) and Kat Fearon (the European Crossfit competitor and coach, plus a former champion rower)!

It’s not about the perfect body, it’s not about being ‘Insta worthy,’ it’s about having heaps and bounds of energy each and every day. It’s about feeling vibrant and alive, and feeling confident!

What’s the perfect way to have oodles of energy pumping through your veins? Strength training!! So, we’ve put together 12 workout videos in total, where you can get moving anywhere. We’ll be popping out one video each week, showcasing the number of rounds and the moves to make you strong, sculpted and lean.

And we’ve covered EVERYTHING – from focused arms, legs, glutes, core and back workouts, to deadlifts and fat-burning exercises. Best of all, you can do them at home, in the gym, and the more you complete the exercises, through improved posture and strength, the shorter time it will take!

This week, week one, it’s the Full Body Dumbbell Workout. Here’s what’s involved. And remember, the pain you feel today is the strength you’ll feel tomorrow!

Three rounds in total and rest for 45 seconds between sets.

  • 10 dumbbell thrusters
  • 10 reverse dumbbell lunges
  • 10 dumbbell burpees
