This could be something that would work very well for new parents.
The Rocker Cradle is a handcrafted wooden rocking chair with an integrated cradle developed by fine woodworker Scott Morrison.
Morrison based the chair on traditional wooden “nanny rockers.”
“I wanted to add interest by creating different shapes for the cradle’s base and its rail” he wrote.
“That is, the rail follows the shape of the base […] as well as having a shape of its own moving up and down. A unique side-effect and challenge of this design would then be to create spindles that would connect the asymmetrical shapes of the base and the rail.”
Certainly an innovative design it seems and could be handy for parents who wouldn’t have to go out and buy two seperate items.
