Gavin James left Late Late Show viewers stunned with an emotional performance of Over The Rainbow on last night’s episode.
The singer, who is an ambassador for ALONE, performed the classic – made famous by Judy Garland in 1939’s The Wizard of Oz – as well as his song, Always on the show as part of a special charity fundraiser.
Sean Moynihan, CEO of ALONE, was also in studio to discuss the marked increase in calls to the service by concerned elderly members of the community who are living alone.
Viewers were encouraged to donate – which you can do by texting “alone” to 50300 – to help raise much needed funds for the charity.
Following his performance (which you can watch below), fans took to social media to praise him for the emotional rendition of the song.
