Usher had the best reaction when a DJ started singing his song

The singer was enjoying a Halloween party when he got quite the surprise.

Usher was enjoying the tunes at a Halloween party with Jermaine Dupri this weekend when his song Lovers and Friends came on. With a friend on hand to capture a candid video of the singer enjoying the throwback, we don’t think Usher was expecting to hear the DJ try his hand at a verse of the song himself. An obviously surprised Usher shared the video on Twitter today and said:

“Y’all ever have a moment where the DJ tried to sing your song in the club though? Jermaine Dupri wasn’t ready!”

The video rightly had fans in hysterics as they couldn’t help but comment on how shocked the pair looked. We can’t say we know the feeling but can only try and imagine.
