Peter Dickson Returns As The X Factor’s Voice-over

A couple of months ago, X Factor fans were disappointed to learn that Peter Dickson, the show's voice-over, had decided to leave the reality show. However, he couldn't stay away for long and earlier today, it was announced that he would be returning to the show. Peter had been with the show for 11 years when he announced his decision to leave in July of this year.

Speaking about this return to the show, Peter said: "While I was looking forward to getting my weekends back I have been so touched by the comments of thousands of fans of the show who were disappointed at my departure, that I am now delighted to say I’m back at The X Factor microphone and really looking forward to tackling the names of this season’s finalists – especially Bupsi! Although voice-over artist Redd Pepper lent his skills to the judges' houses segment, Peter is back for the live shows which kick off tomorrow evening.
