Speaking about this return to the show, Peter said: "While I was looking forward to getting my weekends back I have been so touched by the comments of thousands of fans of the show who were disappointed at my departure, that I am now delighted to say I’m back at The X Factor microphone and really looking forward to tackling the names of this season’s finalists – especially Bupsi!
Although voice-over artist Redd Pepper lent his skills to the judges' houses segment, Peter is back for the live shows which kick off tomorrow evening.
We're delighted as it just wouldn't be the same without him and in case you need a reminder, check out the below video and you'll soon remember his booming vocal talents.
