My Life with the Walter Boys is returning for a second season

The streaming service has renewed My Life with the Walter Boys for a second season.

If, like me, you love a teen drama, Never Have I Ever, The Summer I Turned Pretty, Gilmore Girls, then this show is certainly going to be your cup of tea.

Speaking about being renewed for season two, showrunner Melanie Halsall said: "I am beyond thrilled that My Life With the Walter Boys has been renewed for a second season,.

She told Tudum, "We have been overwhelmed by the love and support that the audience has given the show and can’t wait to dive back into the world of Silver Falls and the lives of these characters."

My Life with the Walter Boys became one of the most-watched shows on Netflix during the winter break.

The coming-of-age drama is based on the bestselling novel by Ali Novak.

The synopsis reads:

'When a tragedy disrupts her life, a teenager moves in with her guardian's big family in a small town and learns lessons about love, hope and friendship.'
