‘La La Land’ live is going on tour, and YES it’s coming to Ireland

Ryan Gosling may not be there, but it still sounds pretty great.

This is an absolute MUST see for fans of the Oscar-winning movie. The film is basically going on a worldwide tour with a twist. Not only will you be treated to the movie, a live orchestra and choir will be playing and singing the entire score. It kicks off in the US in May, playing the iconic Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles, according to Consequences of Sound a 100-piece orchestra, jazz ensemble and chorus will be conducted by Justin Hurwitz. Hurwitz picked up the award for Best Original Score at this year’s Oscars (no biggie). So, the big question, is it coming to Ireland? And the answer is YES.

The show is coming to the Bord Gais Energy Theatre on September 28th, 2017 and tickets go on sale this Friday, March 10th, you HAVE been warned.
