Jamie Oliver celebrates 18 years of marriage with adorable throwback post

"This most bonkers roller coaster ride..."

We can’t quite believe it but it’s been 18 years since Jamie and Jools Oliver tied the knot. Yes, today the pair are celebrating 18 years of marriage and Jamie is making sure everyone knows about it. Taking to Instagram a little while ago, Jamie posted a gorgeous throwback snap to the pair’s wedding day and shared an emotional message too.

“Today I am so proud to celebrate my 18 wedding anniversary with this amazing woman. "Thank you so much, Jools, for being y soul mate on this most bonkers roller coaster ride called life. “What a journey it’s been so far.”

Jamie’s post went on to thank his wife for all she brings to their relationship, and we’re already reaching for the tissues.

“Thank you for being by my side, thank you for seeing things I never see, thank you for loving me, for being the best wife and most fantastic mother to our five precious children. I love you so much. “Now, stop watching Love Island and come find me in the garden waiting to give you your anniversary pressie… hurry up!”

We’ve spent every moment since, refreshing Jools’ Instagram page to see if she’s revealed what Jamie got her. While there's been no post so far, we think it's only a matter of time before the mum-of-five shares the love.
