Holly Willoughby has been the subject of a lot of backlash lately after her recent weight loss. The mum-of-three is known for her curves but has noticeably toned up this year, and many of her followers have been quick to criticise. Well, her shadow is now coming under attack after the This Morning host’s most recent Instagram post. “Me and my shadow,” she captioned the picture of her and her six-year-old daughter Belle’s shadows.

“Definitely a shadow of your former self. Where have you gone?” asked one follower. People were quick to point out Holly’s thigh gap in the picture and comment generally on the mum's changing figure. However, it wasn’t long until Holly’s legion of loyal fans came to her defence. “Holly, you look incredible,” was one comment that was echoed by many.
