The 51-year-old left the jungle in last night's episode and was quick to open up about his relationships with fellow contestants.

He told hosts Ant and Dec about the alleged feud he had with Josie Gibson, but it looks like there's no longer any bad blood between them.

Viewers noticed a lot of tension between Fred and Josie when the This Morning host took over cooking duties.

Fred explained Josie's cooking bothered him, but he didn't mean to cause any upset.

"She's just making it up as she goes along. So I think there's a lot at stake with the food," he explained.

The chef explained that they missed out on a lot of meals because Josie wasn't recycling ingredients.

"And it's not just what you're cooking at the moment which of course is going to be good because the produce is incredible, it is what you can do the next day with the leftovers of the bones," he said.

Despite the tension, he said he is still rooting for his campmates.

Josie isn't the only contestant Fred clashed with during his time on the show. He also fell out with influencer, Nella Rose.

He said being part of I'm a Celeb is an experience he will never forget.

"My time in the jungle has been an amazing experience, I got to meet some wonderful people," he shared.
