The announcement comes after over 160,000 people logged on to try to get tickets during the first presale, and while some were successful, many people were waiting for hours in the queueing system or else received an error message. The band confirmed their first two Dublin dates last week which will see them play Croke Park on Thursday, August 29th, and Friday, August 30th, 2024, as well as the new date of September 1st. Next summer's shows mark Chris Martin and Co's first Dublin gigs since 2017. The band also confirmed that there will be a limited supply of €20 'Infinity Tickets' available for the upcoming gigs, however, they won't be available until a later date.
