“We Filed The Divorce Papers Today” – Actress and Singer Split After Two Years of Marriage

Actress Natasha Henstridge and her hubby Darius Campbell have filed for divorce after two years of marriage.

The couple, who wed on Valentine’s Day in 2011 after seven years of dating, has ended their marriage according to reports this morning.

The star couple has filed for divorce. 

Apparently Darius, who rose to fame as Darius Danesh on the 2002 series of Pop Idol, has also moved out of the home they shared together.

The singer-turned-stage-star confirmed the news of the break-up to the Daily Mail last night.

He explained: “We decided to file for divorce and we ask for privacy at this time. We filed the divorce papers today. It was a mutual decision.”

 

Natasha is best known for her roles in The Whole Nine Yards and Species.

And while neither Darius nor Natasha, who has two sons from a previously relationship, have disclosed the reason for their split The Whole Nine Years star sent out a rather cryptic tweet this morning.

She wrote: “Stranded from my own house and yet apparently that’s where I’m supposedly living right now..... Truth always prevails.”
