Jane Lynch took to the stage at the Emmy Awards last night to pay tribute to her Glee co-star Cory Monteith.
During her emotional and heartfelt speech the actress said that Cory, who died earlier this year, “was not perfect” but “was a beautiful soul”.
She added: “He had star quality and a genuine sweetness that made it impossible not to fall in love with him.”
