Molly-Mae said she always hoped they’d rekindle their romance
Molly-Mae Hague has confirmed she always planned on getting back with Tommy Fury following their shock split last August.
The influencer’s documentary Molly-Mae: Behind It All was released this morning with fans flocking to watch the tell-all series.
The first three episodes of the show heavily feature her split from Fury, but it doesn’t look like the pair are over for good.
During one conversation, Molly-Mae admits she always thought she would get back with Tommy.
She shares, “I think, really, I probably haven’t been honest with anyone in this situation, because actually I’ve just been holding onto the hope and the idea that, as soulmates, we will always come back together.”
“Because even though I’ve been saying to everyone around me that, ‘Yeah, we’re done, we’re done’, I made the choice to end our relationship but I didn’t want this to happen. I don’t want to not be together.”
Molly continued, “We can’t be right now, because he has to work on himself. It’s so hard because all I want is to be with him.”
Molly confirmed Tommy’s issues with alcohol were the main reason for their break-up.
She said she never wanted to be with someone who drinks and was tired of Tommy’s lifestyle.
“I never ever wanted Bambi to come from a broken home, because I did come from a broken home.
“He wanted to have a family life, but then also wanted to have the life of a 25-year-old boy with no responsibilities, and that’s just – the two don’t go hand in hand.”
Molly-Mae: Behind It All is available to watch on Amazon Prime now.
