Miriam Mullins has spoken out about her relationship with Tiaan Heyns

Rumours started to circulate about the couple's relationship after fans noticed an absence on the influencer's socials.

Miriam personally chose to stop posting about her relationship for her own sake, but fans used that protective move to speculate about her relationship.

Many claimed she broke up with fiancé Tiaan Heyns but Miriam has since addressed the rumours.

One person wrote on her TikTok, "You can’t cover the fact that the wedding is off, and your ex is with a guy now."

Miriam responded in a video where she looked at the camera before Tiaan walked into the shot.

The couple then started laughing together.

Miriam said, "Nah the rumours and shite people were saying about Tiaan wasn’t fair!"

Miriam and Tiaan got engaged during a trip to South Africa in April 2024.

They were on holiday in Cape Town when Tiaan popped the question to Miriam.

Miriam said she stepped back from sharing personal details online for her own protection.

She told her followers, "I have completely stripped back from sharing my relationship, my family, and my personal stuff online. There have been a lot of things that happened that made us decide to strip back from doing that."

"Every time I put up a Q&A box, people will write such horrible things about him, and it has put a bit of a strain on our relationship," she said.
