Everyone knows the worst thing about school at this time of year was the impending exams.
From trying to cram in all your subjects, to the stress when you realise you’ve got to miss out on the best parties and the only weekend of sunshine to study, we don’t always envy students.
One teacher in the US has made just the wager though that could save his students all their heartache while making some pretty personal life goals come true. And it all boils down to Taylor Swift.
Colter Pierce has promised his students he’ll scrap their summer exams – if Swifty herself gives him a call.
Pierce made the pact with one of his students Ike Stoner, who soon uploaded the bet to Twitter, to see if he could make social media magic:

Speaking to his local media station KTVQ.com, Pierce explained how Stoner came up with the concept:
‘Pretty much all semester, I’ve been talking about Taylor Swift.’
The image has already received over 2,000 retweets, but Taylor has yet to pick up the phone.
It might be worth pulling out the books… just in case.
