Stacey Solomon has shared a series of un-airbrushed and unedited bikini photos in a bid to change what is being perceived as "pretty". The 28-year-old, who is strong advocate for body confidence and embracing your natural appearance, took to social media on Tuesday to post some of pictures from her latest photoshoot. The shoot, with Celebrity Secrets magazine, had the mum wearing a bikini in a series of photos, both before and after Photoshop was used. The former X Factor contestant told the magazine that she hopes to encourage young women to embrace their natural bodies - and not believe everything they may see on social media. https://www.instagram.com/p/BdvN5kJgcsi/?hl=en&taken-by=staceysolomon She added to the publication:

"Children are robbed of their childhood because they’re under pressure to look a certain way. "Even if you ask 100 teenagers if they think a picture has been edited, and they all say ‘yes’, they’ll still want to look like that – as that’s what they think ‘pretty’ is'. "And that’s what we’ve got to eradicate.”

The photoshoot comes after the mum-of-two admitted her “faith in humanity was dented” after being told she needed to get Botox and filler “before it’s too late”. https://www.instagram.com/p/BdqFbecAS2q/?hl=en&taken-by=staceysolomon She was horrified by the beauty therapist’s comments and left the salon feeling “10 years older walking out” than she did when she went in. She wrote:

"Ok so my faith in humanity was dented today when I went to a salon to get a facial where I was told... "'You should start having Botox and fillers now before it’s too late.' "How on Earth are young girls supposed to be confident and happy in their own skin when it’s being fed to them (in professional health and wellness clinics)... "That they need to prevent ageing using Botox and fillers before it’s too late (AT THE RIPE OLD AGE OF 28!!!!!!) my goodness. "I felt 10 years older walking out than I did walking in just because of that comment."
