Singer Ray J, who is the brother of Brandy Norwood and made the headlines for his infamous sex tape with Kim Kardashian, has reportedly been charged with sexual battery.
According to TMZ, the 33-year-old has been charged with four crimes stemming back to an incident in the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in May after which he was arrested.
At the time police were called out after he got rowdy and “brushed up” against a woman’s backside. At the time, officers said it was not sexual battery as the contact was not intentional.
But now it is being alleged, based on what witnesses have said, that Ray J grabbed the woman’s breast. During his arrest, he allegedly kicked out a police car window and spat on an officer.
The I Hit It First star will be arraigned on all charges, which also include resisting arrest and vandalism, on Friday (July 25th).
