George Michael was reportedly taken to hospital after collapsing last week.
The music star was apparently treated at his home in London for a matter of hours before ambulance staff took him to hospital on Thursday (May 22nd).
Emergency services went out to the 50-year-old’s home at approximately 8.00am after a worried friend called 999.
According to reports, Michael’s agent has refused to comment on the reason behind his collapse or confirm that he has been released.
A statement from the singer’s management read: “George Michael was in hospital for routine tests but there is nothing further to say”.
