Sabrina Carpenter unveils new video for Please Please Please starring Barry Keoghan

Sabrina Carpenter has debuted her latest music video, and it features her boyfriend, Dublin-born actor Barry Keoghan.

The video accompanies Carpenter’s new single, “Please, Please, Please,” which is set to be part of her forthcoming sixth album, *Short n’ Sweet*.

The new release is scheduled for August 23rd.

Directed by Bardia Zeinali, the video begins with Carpenter in a jail cell, a continuation from the conclusion of her previous music video for “Espresso”.

Keoghan makes a dramatic entrance as a new prisoner and the narrative then unfolds with Carpenter waiting outside for Keoghan’s release.

Once free, the duo embarks on a spree that includes kidnapping a man and robbing a bank.

As the story progresses, Keoghan’s character finds himself back behind bars. In a twist, Carpenter is seen waiting for him again, this time handcuffing him to a chair, covering his mouth with duct tape.

Carpenter and Keoghan’s relationship first sparked rumours late last year.

They confirmed their romance with a red carpet appearance at the Vanity Fair Oscars Party in March and later attended the Met Gala together in May.

Carpenter has previously performed in Ireland, with shows at Dublin’s 3Arena in May 2017 and the 3Olympia Theatre in June last year.
