We doubt television star Kim Zolciak gets much time to sit back and relax what with twin babies but she doesn’t seem too annoyed about it. In fact, she is especially enjoying the early mornings, that is if her latest Instagram snap is anything to go by. It shows her with one of her newborn twins. They also have four other children; Brielle (16), Ariana (12), Kroy Junior (2) and Kash (1).
