Katie Piper might have undergone an operation this week but she still has a huge smile on her face thanks to her baby girl. The television presenter and charity campaigner underwent eye surgery this week but told her fans that she didn’t need any pain relief because of her daughter Belle Elizabeth. She posted a cute snap of the two of them on Twitter and explained: “I had a big operation... No pain relief needed my little lady takes all the pain away just lookin@ me [sic]”.
