Josh Duhamel and his six-month-old son Axl gave Fergie a lovely surprise for her 39th birthday this week.
The Black Eyed Peas star posted a picture of her birthday cake on which was a picture of her son holding up a “Happy Birthday Mommy!!!” sign.
She captioned the Instagram photograph: “My cake from my boyZ I love, Axl and @JoshDuhamel #babycakez [sic]”.
