Model mum Abbey Clancy is counting down the days until she welcomes her second child with husband Peter Crouch, and if the latest snap is anything to go by, she won’t have long to wait!
The 29-year old posted two adorable pictures of her baby bump and daughter Sophia to Instagram, captioning the first:

The model is mother to four year old Sophia and is expected to give birth in the coming days.
