It was exciting times for Pamela Anderson this week as it was announced that she is now a countess. The former Baywatch star was bestowed with the title by Prince Stefan of Montenegro at the weekend. A special ceremony was held for the honour, as Pamela was officially declared the Imperial Countess of Giglio. The star took to Instagram to share the exciting news captioning the shot: ‘Santa Margherita, Italy Countessa de’ Gigli’. She shared this picture on Instagram.  According to her website, she was awarded the honour for her ‘protection of marine life and the conservation of wildlife’. She is reportedly being honoured by the Italian Mediterranean Sea Life Association. Pamela hit the headlines recently when she was reportedly granted a temporary restraining order against her estranged husband Rick Salomon. Pamela was reportedly granted a restraining order. The pair first got married in 2007 before having their marriage annulled shortly afterwards. They went on to rekindle their relationship last year.
