Penelope Cruz might have been able to avoid the majority of the attention when she gave birth on the same day as the Duchess of Cambridge but the spotlight is back on her as it is revealed she has named her new arrival.
The Vicky Cristina Barcelona actress and her hubby Javier Bardem have apparently called their newborn daughter after the moon.
According to Spanish publication Vanitatis, the Skyfall actor has registered the baby girl as Luna Encinas Cruz at an office in Madrid.
Luna of course means moon in Spanish while Encinas is Javier’s paternal surname.
The star couple, who wed in 2010, welcomed their latest bundle of joy at a hospital in the Spanish capital last Tuesday. They also have a two-year-old son called Leonardo.
Javier and Penelope welcomed a baby girl last week.
