Calum Best, son of the late football legend George Best, has filed for bankruptcy according to reports today.
The 32-year-old, who has starred in a string of reality shows over the years including Celebrity Love Island (it was so bad it was almost good), confirmed the news himself.

Calum is known for his party lifestyle (image via @CalumBest on Twitter).
He told The Sun newspaper: “I can confirm I have made the decision to declare myself bankrupt as a result of being unable to make tax repayments.
“I was blessed to earn a large amount of money at a young age, and mistakes have come with that. But also lessons learned.”

The party animal appeared in Celebrity Love Island years ago.
But while he might be the latest celebrity to file for bankruptcy, he’s not the only one. Kerry Katona, Duncan James, Laila Morse and Martine McCutcheon are just a few of the stars who have had to do the same in recent months.
