EastEnders actress Laila Morse has been declared bankrupt according to reports today.
The 68-year-old apparently filed the papers earlier this month under both her stage and real name (Maureen Bass) before it was officially announced in the London Gazette.
Laila Morse filed for bankruptcy earlier this month.
Laila, who is best known for playing Mo Harris in the popular soap, now only makes guest appearances on the show after her regular contract ended last year.
She has previously spoken in her autobiography, Just A Mo, about her financial and personal hardships including her son Gerry who had a long-term addiction to heroin.
