Liam Gallagher To Take Legal Action Against Paper Over Love Child Claims

Liam Gallagher is reportedly taking action against the New York Post after they named him in a story about a woman claiming to have given birth to his child after a one-night stand.

According to the US paper the former Oasis front man is being sued for €2.3 million by a woman who alleges she gave birth to his daughter.

Liam is reportedly being sued by a journalist. 

The woman, who was later named as journalist Liza Ghorbani, claims that she fell pregnant after a one-night stand with the musician whom she met as part of her work for the ‘A Night Out With’ column for the paper.

According to The Sun Liam, who is married to Nicole Appleton and has three children already, is now taking action against the paper.

His spokesman said: “Liam Gallagher’s lawyers are taking action against the New York Post. Further to that, we don’t comment on gossip like this.”

The singer with wife, and former All Saints singer, Nicole Appleton. 

Liza, who reportedly gave birth in January of this year, is said to be contemplating DNA tests to prove her claims.

In court on Friday, Magistrate Matthew Troy reportedly adjourned the hearing until later in the month.
