Kourtney Kardashian Issued With Ultimatum By Model Claiming To Be Mason’s Father

It seems Kourtney Kardashian received an ultimatum from the model claiming to be the father of her three-year-old son Mason before he filed a court case against her.

According to RadarOnline.com Michael Girgenti, who is taking the 34-year-old to court in the hope of getting a DNA test done, wrote a letter back in April asking her to take his claims seriously.

It read: “My attentions [sic] are not to hurt the family you’ve created with Scott (Disick). But at the same time, Mason deserves to know the truth. I assure you I don’t take being a father lightly. I will be a great father to Mason.”

He continued: “Please take this final request for a DNA test seriously because if you don’t, I will be forced to take legal action and sue.”

 

Scott and Kourtney have two children together, Mason and Penelope.

Girgenti claims he had unprotected sex with the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star back in 2008 and believes he could be Mason’s father.

Speaking previously about the allegations, mother-of-two Kourtney said “it is stupid and it really isn’t true”.

A hearing for the case has been set for next month.
