Justin Bieber has had enough.
The Canadian pop star is pissed off with his fans – the so-called “Beliebers” – because of the reaction to his friendship with teenage model Sofia Richie.
It hasn’t been confirmed if Bieber and Richie are dating; he was believed to be dating model Sahara Ray after viral images came out last week of them skinny dipping in Hawaii.

Anyway, Bieber and Richie have been sharing pictures together in Japan on their social media accounts, and, true to form, some of the pop star’s fans have responded by heaping abuse onto the new lady friend in their bae’s life.

In particular, trolls have been attacking Richie – daughter of legendary ’80s singer Lionel Richie – over her looks and appearance.
This prompted Bieber to share this image and message on his Instagram account last night.

The post reads:
“I’m gonna make my Instagram private if you guys don’t stop the hate this is getting out of hand, if you guys are really fans you wouldn’t be so mean to people that I like.”
Fair enough, you might think.
But Bieber’s fans have not taken the criticism well, and are using the hashtag #RIPBeliebers to register their unhappiness.
For starters, they’re apparently miffed that he has ‘downgraded’ them from ‘Beliebers’ to the more ho-hum ‘fans’.
