Is That An Engagement Ring? Pop Star Sparks Rumours With Sparkler

She might have been supporting her famous boyfriend but Perrie Edwards didn’t exactly go unnoticed at the premiere of One Direction This Is Us in London last night.

The Little Mix star not only turned up wearing a stunning gown by Brazilian designer Patricia Bonaldi but she was also wearing a diamond ring on her ring finger.

Perrie attended the premiere with her Little Mix band mates. 

Perrie, who has been dating boy band star Zayn Malik for over a year now, showed off the ring on the red carpet sparking engagement rumours.

While 1D fans are claiming that it is the Tiffany ring that Zayn gave his other half for their one-year anniversary, others are saying it's a different one.

 

She also posed for a photo with her One Direction beau Zayn (image via Twitter).

This isn’t the first time the couple have been surrounded by engagement rumours. Earlier this year Perrie joked that she got proposed to on her birthday.

The 20-year-old, who attended last night’s premiere with her band mates Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Jade Thirlwall, said previously that she would love to get married one day and has picked Christina Perri’s A Thousand Years as her wedding song.

 

UPDATE (9.54am): A number of sources have apparently confirmed that Perrie and Zayn are engaged to be wed.

One told The Mirror: “It was so romantic – Zayn popped the question over the weekend when they were alone together.

“It’s one of the first weekends they’ve spent with each other, as they’ve both been on tours with their bands. He wanted to wait for the perfect moment.”
