She showed off a new dip-dyed hairstyle at the Billboard Music Awards but fans of Iggy Azalea are now questioning whether her transformation may have been a little more extreme. The rapper, who recently released single Pretty Girls with Britney Spears, posted a photo to Instagram in which she said she was "loving her new look". However, her followers instantly noticed that the star looked markedly different in the snap and have questioned whether she has undergone plastic surgery, with some claiming that she appears to have a chin implant fitted. She had yet to comment on the speculation but previously announced that she had undergone breast augmentation surgery, saying she had "thought about it my entire life". Azalea picked up two awards at the weekend ceremony, being named Top Rap Artist and winning the Best Rap Song for her track Fancy with Charlie XCX.
