Hunger Games Actor Doesn’t Rule Out Dating Men Or A Threesome With His Co-Stars

His character might know exactly who he wants but The Hunger Games star Josh Hutcherson says his sexual preferences could change at any time.

Speaking to Out magazine the actor, who is a key supporter of youth group Straight But Not Narrow, said that he wouldn’t rule out the prospect of dating a guy.

 

Josh is best known for playing Peeta Mellark in The Hunger Games.

“I would probably list myself as mostly straight,” he explained. “Maybe I could say right now I’m 100% straight, but who knows? In a f***king year, I could meet a guy and be like, ‘Whoa, I’m attracted to this person.’”

He added: “I’ve met guys all the time that I’m like, ‘Damn, that’s a good-looking guy’ you know? I’ve never been like, ‘Oh, I want to kiss that guy.’ I really love women, but I think defining yourself as 100 per cent anything is kind of near-sighted and close-minded.”

 

The actor alongside his co-stars Liam Hemsworth and Jennifer Lawrence.

Josh, who is currently in a relationship with actress Claudia Traisac, also floated the idea of a threesome between his character Peeta Mellark, Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence) and Gale Hawthorne (Liam Hemsworth) as a means of solving their onscreen love-triangle.

“I know Peeta would be into it, for sure. He’s very sensitive, in touch with his emotions. I think it really might solve a lot of their problems. You know what? I’m going to pitch that idea,” the 20-year-old joked.
