Gary Lineker And Wife Announce Divorce

The couple confirmed the news on Twitter.  It was reported yesterday that Gary Lineker and wife, Danielle, would be getting a divorce after six years of marriage. The Sun broke the news claiming that the football pundit and his wife were due to get a quick divorce from a website, costing them £400. They've also stated that the reason for their split was due to Danielle, 36,  wanting more kids and Gary, 55,  feeling too old to start a family. Both Gary and Danielle have confirmed the news today on Twitter. Gary wrote, "Thank you all for your kind words. @DanielleBux and I had many wonderful years together. We remain very close and the greatest of friends." While Danielle wrote, "We have shared the most incredible 8 years that I will always cherish. We will remain the best of friends."
