Game On! The Star of the Next Super Bowl Half Time Show Is…

It’s one of the biggest sporting occasions in the world with a TV audience of over 100 million, but a large proportion of the talk on Super Bowl Sunday is about the half time act and not the sport itself! (At least for non NFL fans).

This year Bruno Mars and Red Hot Chilli Peppers shared the stage, while last year’s show saw the Beyoncé performance that launched a thousand memes.

Now, the rumour mill is in overdrive with talk that Katy Perry will be the star of the 2015 show.

The New York Post claim that the California Gurls singer has been picked to play the halftime show at Super Bowl XLIX, which is set to take place on Feb. 1, 2015 at the University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, Arizona.
