Chris Brown has been ordered to spend a month in jail, until a probation violation hearing on April 23rd.
The decision comes after the singer was transferred to a correctional facility in Los Angeles on Friday after he was kicked out of a rehab centre. This is considered to be a violation of his probation.
Yesterday the court heard from Judge James Brandlin that Brown had violated a number of rules during the court-ordered anger management programme and was thus removed from the facility.
He is said to have refused a drugs test, rubbed elbows with a female and, during a group therapy session, said: “I am good at using guns and knives.”
The judge said that the 24-year-old star, whose legal problems stem from his assault on then-girlfriend Rihanna back in 2009, has an “inability to stay out of trouble.”
